Christmas in St. Lucia

My wife and I had a great time on our vacation enjoying each other and relaxing. Unfortunately this was not our favorite resort. The location definitely needs a face lift. Items in the room and the resort were run down and or broken altogether. However, that does not take away from Kalisha’s hard work. She helped us tremendously with giving options and helping with the booking process. Literally, she was with us every step of the way, sending reminder emails and paperwork that was needed for the trip way beforehand. She is OUR travel agent!

First I'd like to say Our Agent Kalisha Smith, was Amazing.!! Her Communication, and her sense of Urgency was Top Tier.!! We did a consultation and told her what we wanted, and she delivered, Which made our Vacation Everything and more.!

We had a great time. Enjoyed the Cabanas and the pool activities. My family also enjoyed the shows at night. Bell staff was excellent.

My wife and I had a wonderful week at the Royalton in Punta Cana. The accommodations were just as Kalisha said they would be before booking the trip, and we are already discussing the next time we can go back with our family. This was our first trip with Kalisha, but it won't be our last.
